I am so happy that David Cook won! I was hoping it would be him. Since I live in Utah I guess I should have been pulling for David Archuletta but I wasn't. Don't get me wrong, he has a great voice, but his song choices just didn't do it for me. He is too young to be singing the songs he was singing. All his songs sounded the same to me. Now David Cook on the other hand, I LOVE his voice and the song choices. I can't wait for his CD to come out!!

I'm happy for David Cook. However, I was wanting Archuleta to win because I knew they would both be fine without the title of "American Idol" and since DA is only 17 I thought it would be cool for HIM personally to have the title. Otherwise, they are both talented in their own rights. David Cook will go far, with or without the title. But I liked them both.
I knew the 2 Davids would be the final 2 and it was a hard choice for me, but in the end I voted only for David Archuleta the last 2 weeks. I'm sad it wasn't Archuleta, BUT I do love David Cook.
