Well, it has been almost a month since my last post. I have been trying to spend less and less time on the computer and doing more things around the house. This month I have read six books so far! I think staying off the computer is the key. I've been keeping a log of books that I have read this year...here it is:
January:
Black Cat by VC Andrews
The Monk Downstairs by Tim Farrington
Cocktails for Three by Madeleine Wickham
February:
Reversible Errors by Scott Turow
March:
Nickel & Dimed by Barbara Ehrenreich
Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West by Gregory Maguire
April:
The Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger
How To Make Love Like a Pornstar by Jenna Jamison
May:
The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini
Fast Food Nation by Eric Schlosser
The Other Woman by Jane Green
Mutant Message from Down Under by Marlo Morgan
My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult
June:
One for the Money by Janet Evanovich
Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants by Ann Brashares
The Devil Wears Prada by Lauren Weisberger
The Work & The Glory. Vol. 1 by Gerald Lund
Two for the Dough by Janet Evanovich
Three to get Deadly by Janet Evanovich
Tonight I am going to start The Lovely Bones by Alice Seibold
I haven't been doing any card making or scrapping. I really need to set aside some time to work on some cards for my swaps at the SU convention. I only have about 50 ALMOST done. I wanted to have about 250 or so cards to swap out. I wonder if I will even make it to 100!
My parents are coming out in 6 days for a visit! We haven't a clue as to what we are going to do when they are here, but I am sure we will come up with something. They want to buy Cameron a motorcycle helmet so he can ride with Michael. I think he needs full body armor to protect him. They also want to get him some school clothes. He is totally excited about this.
Well, I am signing off to start reading.
